Job Description

• Assist QA Manager in ensuring that company’s IATF 16949 quality system and ISO 14001 environmental system is implemented and maintained at all levels .
• Plan and execute internal system audit , process & product audit .
• Coordinate audit with external bodies , ensure company is well prepared for the audit , and be the liaison person for all quality system related matters .
• Ensure all audit discrepancies ( internal and external ) are corrected accordingly .
• Identify and initiate actions to prevent nonconformity relating to quality system .
• Reply to customer request on environmental matters .
• Ensure that annual EDX / XRF inspection & testing of parts are conducted in accordance to standard .
• Collect High Precision Analysis Reports and Nonuse Warranty Letters from all suppliers .
• Conduct Supplier system , process and product audit according to standard .
• Responsible for IMDS uploading , GP web registration and other environmental requirements from customers .
• Initiate review of suppliers control for STS ( ship to stock ) parts with QA Engineering team , as applicable .
• Collect and consolidate management review data .

Requirement:

• Diploma / ITC level
• At least 3-5 years of relevant experience preferably in relevant industry, ie Plastic moulding.
• Fresh graduates are welcome
• Preferably possess Class 3C Driving License
