Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for reviewing daily digitalization and production data, work closely with engineering and data analyst to improve on machine down time and productivity.
• Interview, selects and hire of new employees. Recommends promotions and termination of employees under his supervision with approval of Operation Manager.
• Assures that employees are properly trained and high discipline.
• Follow customer specification to produce and comply with environmental management system’s procedures.
• Train staff, including in safety and regulatory compliance.
• Adjust schedules, obtain materials, maintain equipment, and improve product flow.
• Track, analyze, forecast, and report on budgets and goals.

Job Requirement

• Diploma or higher or its equivalent with
• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment, related knowledge of Molding is required.
• Possess initiative, able to work under pressure and tight deadlines and proven leadership ability to lead his team in daily operations requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
